We ship using Australia Post. Standard and Express shipping are available. When your order ships, you will receive an email notification including a tracking number.

Transit time is generally 1-5 business days for those in Australia. For our international peeps, it will take between 1-3 weeks to get to you.

We accept returns on any product within 30 days from when the order was placed with the exception of sale items and gift cards.

We ask that garments be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all packaging/tags still attached.

If we receive a returned item that has been worn or is not sellable, we may not be able to refund you. Refunds are processed at the discretion of Qweer.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
